A stunning Australian hand bag made locally in North Queensland. Local seamstress Sharman Lovell has selected a number of Indigenous Designs to add to her range of purses and bandanas. In addition to her attention to detail with stitching, craftsmanship and functionality Sharman is passionate about elevating the talent of the First Nations Women behind these designs.
This design is called Goanna Dreaming by Ruth Nungarrayi Spencer. Ruth continues to design and paint her for the Warlukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Collective at Yuendumu near Alice Springs in Central Australia.
